Ugo Rondinone sculpted a small mask in clay we then scanned on our 3D laser-scanner. After cleaning the mesh we deformed the nose a bit, scaled the whole mesh and sent it to production on a 5-axis cnc mill.

Onto this positive further detail was added before making a negative silicone rubber mold. From this mold the mask was finally cast in a dark grey rubber-like polyurethane.
